Agreement to Terms

By accessing ringorrefund.com or using any services provided by Ring or Refund ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Ring or Refund provides website design, development, and digital marketing services for home service contractors and small businesses. Services are provided under separate client agreements that outline scope, pricing, and timelines.

The Ring or Refund Guarantee

The guarantee is offered to every client on an active plan, under the following conditions:

• The guarantee covers at least 3 inbound phone calls within 90 days of your website going live
• "Inbound call" means a call from a potential customer placed to the call-tracking number we set on your website and Google Business Profile
• So we can deliver the guarantee, you agree to let us place our call-tracking number on your website and to give us access to set up, manage, and optimize your Google Business Profile
• If the call threshold is not met within 90 days, you receive a refund of your setup fee and one additional free month of service
• The guarantee applies to clients on an active monthly retainer
• Calls placed by the client, family members, or known associates do not count toward the guarantee
• Ring or Refund reserves the right to verify call logs before issuing any refund

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All sales are final on setup fees once work has begun, except as covered by the Ring or Refund Guarantee.

Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for use on their website
• Review and approve all content before launch
• Maintain an active phone number capable of receiving calls
• Notify us promptly of any changes to business information

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the content and copy created for their specific website. Ring or Refund retains ownership of any proprietary templates, frameworks, tools, or systems used in the build process.

Text Message Communications

By opting in to receive text messages from Ring or Refund, you consent to receive messages related to your project or our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Ring or Refund is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client retains their website files. Ring or Refund retains the right to take down hosted services after the final billing period ends.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalupe County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
